Ambrose is a citizen of the Holy Laiannic Empire. A Star Elf from outside of Cinder, the scholar came to Cinder in search of his grandfather, and the mysterious dimension he disappeared into. He possesses some magical abilities, as is common forn Star elves, though doesn't like to show them off. To his friends, Ambrose is known for his unshakable loyalty and curious mind.

History

Early Life

Ambrose hails from lands far off, where the last of the star-elves dwell; the Kingdom of Stellaris. Star Elves are secretive and closed off kind; among the rarest kind of Elf, Star Elves sought only peace, which resulted in many attempting to take advantage of them, or take over their Kingdom. Many hundreds of years ago, the Kingdom hid itself from the outside world, refusing to let outsiders in. Ambrose's mother was a healer, and his father worked in local politics, being the assistant to a govenor. He spend many days with his grandfather, a famed scholar and adventure among star-elves, as his parents were often busy, and listened to his, often exaggurated, tales. Ambrose was drawn away from his home and towards adventure; desires instilled in him by his grandfather. Ambrose would listen to his stories and imagine himself on such adventures, cataloging the nature and history of the world. Though Ambrose was often convinced his grandfather was lying, he would listen to him regardless.

When his grandfather left on a final adventure, never to return, Ambrose decided it was time that he start his own adventure. He gathered his grandfather's notes, notebooks of his own, and set out to leave Stellaris, never to return again.

Pre-Cinder

Not much is known about Ambrose's travels outside of Cinder. He speaks of it rarely, as though nothing too exciting happened before he arrived. [to be expanded]
