The Free State of Hino Eilestrand, or Eilestrand, is a city state located on the eastern shores of the Kraftian Sea. It is currently being led by its' founder, Contessa Zeraphie van Hinotsuka.
Unofficially, the religious faith of the state is Istran Etherealism, and the languages spoken are Shikagan and Istraki. Currently, there is no central government structure - Contessa van Hinotsuka presides over all governmental affairs.
Hino Eilestrand borders the Ashenheim Empire.
