The Pyrannic State of Loire is a highly developed city state with a long history ranging from being the centre of a fallen empire to the primary city of the Pyrannic Church and residence of the papacy. Loire is almost entirely a cityscape, with large wheatfields and ongoing developments making up the rest of the land area. Loire has long stood as a primarily pacifist and agrarian society, not focusing on military or large scale industrial development.

History

Loire seperated from the Holy Laiannic Empire following the turn away from orthodox Pyrannism, but remained associated with the Empire on good terms.

The Pyrannic State of Loire ceased to exist briefly after the disappearance of Swonki II, being absorbed into the The Imperial Sovereignty of Luminar. The State was then later handed over to the Pope of Pyrannism, Xara Saxan-Jjùri, where progress on Loire is being continued.
