Noguhn, legally named the Noguhn Horde, is a minor nation in the Lower Mondego Lakes area, created on the 30th of April, 2024 (Fifth Myagmar of Dorovdugeer, 24th Rising in the local calendar).

Etymology
Originating from the Mongolian "nogoon", meaning green, the people chose this name after seeing the nearby Tsagaan Khanate, which once previously functioned under a Horde system.
