	Elliott Chantal Dupont is a Communite revolutionary, politician and political theorist, is the founder and first Chairman of the International Commune and was founder and first Vox Populi of the [[Cirréone\|Second Commune of Cirréone]]. He was the founder and chairman of the (second) Cirréonese Stepanist Party, which led the Firework Revolution that established the Second Commune of Cirréone.
