On the 10th of June, 2024, talks would begin for the uniting of the member nations of the PCC, as they had largely the same goals and political stances, as they shared resources and information, and as to grow the influence of socialism. This would be finalised on the 11th of June, after the Constitution had been written, with its announcement. This would result in very mixed feedback from the international community, due to the divisiveness of the International Commune's [[Stepanism\|Stepanist]] ideology. 			The International Commune is currently the sole socialist country across Cinder, specifically, following the Stepanist ideology. The Constitution of the International Commune defined the nation as a Stepanist commune, in the orthodox interpretation of a multinational commune as posited in the works of Valerie Stepanoff. The sole party of the International Commune is the International Stepanist Party, as to prevent infighting and promote socialist unity.

	~~== Government~~ and ~~politics ==~~		The Chairperson is the most senior position in the one-party state, the head of state and the head of governance, permitted to sign off on and veto any new legislature, enforce the law, and act as Commander-in-Chief in times of war. Under the Chairperson are both the Communal Assembly of the People, a representative assembly, and the Communal Council of Ministers, a council of several Ministers delegated to one field of governmental interest, such as Industry, Agriculture, Foreign Affairs. The Chairman is elected by both the Communal Assembly of the People and the Communal Council of Ministers. The Chairperson must also choose a member of the Communal Assembly of the People to function as their General-Secretary, as a means of balancing the Chairman, the Communal Assembly of the People, and the Communal Council of the Ministers, by means of representing the Communal Assembly of the People separate of the Communal Council of the Ministers.
