Niiro is a Hiveling that escaped from the old Haibu Ōkoku after it was burned down and destroyed. This left her with one goal, rebuild the hive.

Lore
Before the nation burned down she was close with another Hiveling, Yui Hime, unfortunately she died in the flames of Haibu Ōkoku. After the loss of that friend Niiro fled from the burning kingdom.
Taking whole years before coming across the cinder continent she encountered many people on the way and many continents. One of which adventures being the reason Niiro is pink now running into a witch.
But apparently Niiro wasn't the only one with her adventures, because a few years after settling in the new Haibu Kokka, Yui Hime was found alive and well. Apparently being revived after death some time during Niiro's travels.
