Palermo Central Station is a major railway station in Palermo, Théma of Palermo, Sanéa. It is served by the Trans-Sanéan Line, and other lines on the Sanéan Rail Group network, as well as the SouthRail network.
Palermo Central Station is the starting point and terminus for many different rail services throughout southern Sanéa, especially those operated under the Sanéa Rail Group banner. In addition to this, the station has plans for expansion in the near future, as two of the five platforms on the main floor are currently available for future developments into the Palermo area.

Station layout
Palermo Central Station currently consists of 5 platforms at ground level, which, as a consequence of the station's design, are limited to being used as termini for various rail lines. The second floor of the station consists of various stalls and small shops.
Currently, there are four lines operating into the station. The local Diryn Tram Line has its northeastern terminus at Palermo Central, running through to the Themata of Rorantia and Fontaine before turning north to the Royal District of Sol. The SouthRail line, the first connection to be provided by the station, has its easternmost terminus at this station; from Palermo, the line runs west to Dirynum West Station, with further connections to Sol and to the rest of the SouthRail network at SouthRail Centraal Station. The Trans-Sanéan Line, the longest singular line operated by the Messenian Metro, has its southern terminus at the station, and returns underground to connect to the Danúvia Tram Line at Hanzía Transfer. Finally, the Paladial Express, the newest line to serve Palermo Central, has its eastern terminus at the station with the only present connection being between Palermo and the Sanéan capital, Sanafiorina.

Future expansions
The Palermo Loop Line, an independent project by the Diryn Tram and Metro Company, has plans to create a new underground concourse that would allow access to the station from the north and west via exits to the overground, as well as providing two separate platforms for the Palermo Loop Line further underground.
Surrounding area
Located just north of Palermo's city centre, the area directly surrounding the station are currently undeveloped. The station concourse and east exits are located near the Terrasumma Palace, the residence of Cyrus the Benevolent. To the south of the station lies the Palermo Theatre, the largest theatre within the world of Cinder, as well as a small garden.
