The Western Pact is a NAP, expansion notice, and free trade and infrastructure agreement between Western nations created by Cauldra, Arboria, and Nauticca. Currently, the nations of Cauldra, Arboria, Nauticca, Boon Caravan, and Haibu Kokka are in the Pact.
